ETL Sanitation Listed Mark

Before your products can be sold throughout North America you must demonstrate their compliance with applicable national sanitation requirements. Intertek is accredited by ANSI (American National Standards Institute) to perform testing according to the relevant sanitation standards.

The ETL Sanitation Mark shows your customers that the product is fit for use in the production of food intended for human consumption or in an environment where food intended for human consumption is produced. In addition, the mark proves that the manufacturer's production site conforms to a range of compliance measures and is subject to a periodic regimen of follow-up inspections to verify continued conformance.
